§ 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with the online shop Together.

Transactions and deliveries are made exclusively under these Terms and Conditions in their version valid at the time of the order. Deviating terms require explicit written consent. You can access and print the Terms and Conditions from the website.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
By clicking the button “Place Order with Obligation to Pay,” you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement. An email confirmation will be sent immediately upon receipt of your order. The contract is valid once the order confirmation is received.
§ 3 Prices, Shipping Costs, and Retention of Ownership
The prices listed at the time of the order apply. All prices include the statutory VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately and borne by the buyer. Ownership of the goods remains with us until full payment is received.
§ 4 Payment and Due Date
Payment can be made via credit card, or Apple/Google Payments must be made in the currency indicated on the invoice. The invoice and products will be shipped to the address provided in the order confirmation. Payment becomes due upon receipt of the order confirmation.
§ 5 Right of Withdrawal
Under Austrian Consumer Protection Law (§ 3 KSchG), you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us in writing (e.g., letter or email):

Upon withdrawal, you will receive a voucher equivalent to the payment made (including shipping costs) within 14 days. This voucher is non-redeemable for cash. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Exclusions:
Custom-made items tailored to specific customer needs are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
§ 6 Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the address specified by the buyer. Delivery occurs after payment is received. Product availability is indicated on the website, but these are approximate and non-binding. If an item is unavailable, you will be informed promptly.
§ 7 Warranty
In case of product defects, statutory provisions apply. If replacement delivery is made, the customer must return the initially delivered goods within 10 days. We bear the return shipping costs in such cases. No warranty applies if care instructions sewn into the products are disregarded. If no defect exists, returns are not accepted beyond the 14-day withdrawal period.
§ 8 Use of Customer Data
Customer data is stored, processed, and used as part of contract fulfillment. Some data may be shared with transport companies. Incorrectly stored data will be corrected upon request. Consent for data usage beyond legal requirements may be revoked at any time.
§ 9 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure. Obligations will be fulfilled as soon as reasonably possible under the circumstances.
§ 10 Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by one that most closely matches its purpose. Austrian law applies exclusively. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. The place of performance is the company’s headquarters in Klagenfurt. The competent court at our location will handle disputes arising from this contract.
